Weatherproof in Extreme Environments: The connector utilizes an aircraft-grade aluminum alloy housing and high-temperature ceramic insulators, and the cable is made of oil-resistant and wear-resistant fluororubber. They operate stably over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with IP67 to IP69K protection ratings. They withstand sand, dust, heavy rain, and salt spray, making them suitable for complex scenarios such as field operations and onboard ships and vehicles.

Anti-Interference and Highly Stable Transmission: The connector features integrated EMI/RFI shielding, and the cable utilizes a multi-strand silver-plated copper core with a double-shielded design. This results in a signal transmission bit error rate below 10⁻⁹ and power transmission loss of less than 2%. The self-locking thread and anti-reverse insertion mechanism ensure secure insertion and release in vibration-resistant environments, ensuring the equipment’s continued operational capability.

High Durability and Customization: The connector has a mating and unmating lifespan of ≥500 cycles, and the cable has a flex lifespan of ≥10,000 cycles. It can be customized with 1-64 pin connectors and cables of varying diameters based on equipment interface specifications and transmission requirements, adapting to diverse applications such as radar, communications equipment, and weapon systems.
